3. SMS messaging
We do not currently operate an SMS marketing program. Any mobile number you provide is used only to support your order or inquiry. If we introduce SMS messaging in the future, enrollment will require your explicit opt-in, and consent to receive automated marketing messages will never be a condition of purchase. Where such a program is offered, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Products and research use only
Alpha Peptide Labs offers research peptides and related compounds through our e-commerce platform, sold strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. These products are for research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices and may not be used as such. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the handling, storage, and use of these substances. 5. No claims or guaranteed results
Product information is provided for reference only. We make no representation that any product is suitable for a particular research application, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as guidance for use in humans or animals. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
6. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders. Payment is accepted through the methods made available at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Payment must be received and cleared before an order is fulfilled.
7. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship our products exclusively within the United States. Please allow for standard shipping times when placing an order. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Because of the nature of research materials, sales are generally final except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy for details on returns, refunds, and cancellations.
9. Restrictions on access and use
While our website may be accessible worldwide, our products and services are available only to individuals who are at least 21 years old and located in the United States. You may not purchase or use any product in a manner that violates applicable law, including any use in or on the human or animal body. Resale, redistribution, or misrepresentation of products is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit or restrict access to our website or products at our discretion.
