Shipping Policy

1. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Carriers and shipping methods
Shipments are sent through established carriers. The available shipping methods and their costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping charges are calculated based on the method you select and are shown as a separate line item on your order.
3. Delivery estimates
Standard domestic transit typically takes 2-5 business days after an order ships, depending on destination and the method selected. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit times are in addition to the processing time described above.
4. Tracking
When your order ships, a tracking number is generated so you can follow its progress with the carrier. If you created an account, order status is also available in your account area. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Delays and carrier issues
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier's custody. Weather, carrier backlogs, and other events outside our control may cause delays. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us through our contact page and we will help open an inquiry with the carrier.
7. Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or a confirmed shipment is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please keep all packaging and include photographs of any damage. Claims for damaged or lost shipments are handled under our Refund / Return Policy.
8. Risk of loss and title
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or theft after a package is confirmed delivered to the address provided.
9. Eligibility and research use
All products are sold for research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order you confirm that the materials are intended solely for laboratory, academic, or institutional research and that you will handle and store them in accordance with applicable requirements.
