Refund / Return Policy

1. Research materials - sales policy

All products are sold for research use only. Because the integrity of research materials depends on proper handling and storage, opened or unsealed items generally cannot be returned. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which a return or refund is available.

2. Eligibility for returns

A return may be considered when:

• the item arrived damaged or defective;
• you received an incorrect item; or
• the item is unopened, with its seal intact, and the request is made within the window described below.

3. How to request a return or refund

Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photographs where possible. Do not return any item before receiving return instructions from us.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

5. Non-returnable items

For safety and material-integrity reasons, opened, unsealed, or used items, and any item not in its original condition, are not eligible for return except where required by law.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is governed by the return terms above.
