1. Overview
Welcome to Alpha Peptide Labs, where your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the nature of the data gathered and documented by Alpha Peptide Labs and how we handle it. Should you require further details or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
This Privacy Policy applies only to our web-based activities and is pertinent to visitors of our website with respect to the information they disclose and/or that we collect on our site. It does not extend to any data collected offline or through other means apart from this website.
2. Consent
By accessing and using our website, you accept this Privacy Policy and agree to abide by its terms.
3. Information we collect
We will make clear what personal information we ask for, and why, at the point we request it.
- If you contact us directly, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of your message, any attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.
- If you create an account or place an order, you may be asked for contact and fulfilment details such as name, shipping address, email address, and phone number, along with your order history.
- Payment information is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
4. How we use your information
The information we collect is used in several ways, including to:
- operate, maintain, and improve our website;
- personalize your experience and develop new features;
- process and fulfil your orders and manage your account;
- communicate with you for customer support, order updates, and - only where you have given consent - marketing;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues; and
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
5. SMS and email communications
We do not currently operate an SMS marketing program. Any phone number you provide (for example, on the contact form) is used only to support your order or inquiry. If we introduce marketing email or SMS in the future, enrollment will require your explicit, opt-in consent through a checkbox that is unchecked by default; consent will never be a condition of purchase. Where an SMS program is offered, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Log files
Alpha Peptide Labs follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites, as most hosting providers do as part of their analytics. The information collected may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, referring and exit pages, and the number of clicks. This information is not linked to anything personally identifiable and is used to analyze trends, administer the site, understand how visitors move through the site, and gather general demographic information.
7. Cookies and web beacons
Like most websites, we use cookies to store information including visitor preferences and the pages accessed on the site, in order to optimize your experience. This includes a cookie that records your confirmation that you are 21 or older so the age-verification prompt is not repeated on every visit, as well as cookies that support your cart and preferences. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; refer to your browser’s documentation for details.
8. Third-party and advertising cookies
Where we use third-party services (such as analytics or advertising providers, including Google), those providers may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies in the content and links that appear on our site, and may automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies help measure the effectiveness of campaigns and personalize content. Alpha Peptide Labs has no access to or control over cookies used by third parties. You can review Google’s practices and opt-out options at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We encourage you to consult the privacy policies of any third-party services for details about their practices and opt-out choices.
9. Sharing of information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the site (such as payment, shipping, hosting, and email providers) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
10. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.
11. CCPA privacy rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information a business has collected about them, to request deletion of personal data collected about them, and to request that a business that sells personal data stop selling it. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@alphalab.biz and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
12. GDPR data protection rights

- Right to access - request copies of your personal data.
- Right to rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
- Right to erasure - ask us to delete your personal data, under certain conditions.

13. Children’s information
Protecting children online is a priority. This site is intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, nor any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided such information on our website, please contact us immediately and we will make reasonable efforts to promptly remove it from our records.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
